The Timber Banks Golf Community encompasses approximately 884 acres located in the Town of Lysander, Onondaga County, New York. Residential
aspects of the development include a combination of single family homes, townhouses, patio homes, and apartment units. Other amenities of the
development include an 18-hole golf course designed by the Nicklaus Design group with associated clubhouse facility, a marina located along the
Seneca River, and approximately 2,500 square feet of commercial "live-work" area.
TDK has been involved throughout the project from initial stages of evaluations and planning, through approval processes to construction
oversight and certification. TDK's engineering services included assistance with a rezone of the property, State Environmental Quality Review
(SEQR), governmental approval, construction oversight, and construction certification.
